Under normal operating conditions, the display of
the available drive system output is in the maxi-
mum range.
In the following cases, the power output available
may deviate from the maximum range:

Very high or low outside temperatures

Very high performance requirements for a
long period of time

Very low charge status of the high-voltage bat-
tery
R
Fault in the drive system
The segments on the speedometer indicate the
statuses of the following systems: cruise control/
limiter/Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC
Maximum range
E is calculated based on the
average consumption of the vehicle. Range F is
calculated based on the personal driving style.
The actual remaining range particularly depends
on outside temperatures or air conditioning set-
tings.
While the navigation system or commuter route is
active, additional information about the route
ahead can be included in range calculation F .
The actual remaining range may di er from the
displayed currently calculated range.
