To fold up: Raise backrests to

Third row seat

To open: Press down on rear 
(ridged) portion of forward latch (2),
place fingers in latch opening, lift
seatback up and rotate forward
Repeat procedure on rear latch 
(3), then lift cushion up and 
rotate forward
