Make sure that the drive shaft can turn freely in the
bowl.

Install the plastic blade accessory (D) on the drive
shaft in the bowl and make sure that it is fully
attached.

Put up to 375 g of dry ingredients in the bowl.
Caution!
Bones or similar hard objects must not be
put in the bowl. Bones and hard objects can cause damage
to the product.

Put the bowl lid (E) on the bowl and turn the bowl lid
clockwise until the tab on the bowl lid is locked in
position in the slot in the bowl handle.
Note!
The product will not start if the bowl lid is not locked
in position.

Add 1 tsp of cooking oil through the funnel in the
bowl lid.

Put the feeder tool (F) in the feeder funnel on the
bowl lid.

Connect the power plug to an earthed power outlet.

Turn the control knob to the high speed position “2”.
Refer to “3.2 To use the control knob” on page 37.
Warning!
Do not use your hands to push down food
items in the product. Use the feeder tool.
Caution!
Do not operate the product for more than
90 seconds at a time. Let the product become cool for 2
minutes before you operate it again.
Caution!
Do not operate the product for more than 3
work cycles of 90 seconds. Let the product become cool for
30 minutes before you operate it again.

Slowly add water through the feeder funnel. You can
use the feeder tool as a measuring cup.
Caution!
If the speed decreases when you operate
the product, add more water.
Caution!
Do not add more than 225 g of water.
Note!
To avoid shaking, push down on the bowl lid with one
hand and hold the bowl handle with the other hand when
you knead dough.

Turn the control knob to the off position “0”.

Disconnect the power plug from the power outlet.

Remove the bowl lid.
Warning!
Do not remove the bowl lid when parts
move. Wait until all parts have stopped before you remove
the bowl lid.

Remove the plastic blade accessory.

Turn the bowl counter-clockwise and remove it from
the base unit.

Remove the dough from the bowl.

Clean the base unit and the accessories. Refer to “4.1
To clean the base unit” on page 42 and “4.2 To
clean the accessories” on page 42.
3.5 To use the whisk accessory
Use the whisk accessory to whisk sauces, eggs, meringue
paste or cream.
Caution!
Do not use the whisk accessory to knead
dough.

Put the product on a level and stable surface.

Install the drive shaft (A) on the base unit (B) and
make sure that it is fully attached. (Figure 5)

Put the bowl (C) on the base unit and turn it
clockwise until it is locked in position.
Note!
The product will not start if the bowl is not locked in
position.
