Product and safety information
• The meter must be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly every day. The
surfaces should be cleaned with a cloth and 70% isopropyl alcohol,
which is widely available from pharmacies. Clean the meter regularly
and immediately if you note that the meter is dirty or stained.
• If a part does not attach properly, try rotating it and attaching it again.
All parts are designed so that they fit in one position only.
• Impurities or liquids can cause an erroneous test result. Wash and dry
your hands thoroughly before taking the measurement and keep the
meter clean and dry.
• Change the covers, if you notice any damage or abrasions in them.

• Test strip cartridges are packed into an air tight aluminium coated bag.
When the bag is opened, the test strip cartridge has to be inserted
into the meter as quickly as possible. Covers protect the test strip
cartridge when they are closed firmly.
• Keep the meter closed tightly at all times when not in use.
• Shake the control solution bottle gently before use.
