Select the desired downmix:
LT/RT
: Choose this setting if the original movie on the disc
was recorded in the Pro Logic Dolby Digital format.
STEREO
: Choose this setting when playing DVD’s; two
channels of signals will be output from the left and right
soundtrack. When playing CD’s, a stereo signal will be
output to the speakers.
VSS
: Choose this setting when a disc recorded with 5.1-
channel sound format is playing; this will produce a virtual
surround sound effect from the main soundtrack through the
speakers.
Off
: Downmix Off.
NOTE ON USING THE SPEAKERS:
When listening to a normal two channel stereo broadcast, sound will only come from
the front two speakers. When listening to a dolby 5.1 audio format, all speakers will output.

center speaker so that the sound will be heard
