Place the Grill Bowl over the Cart as shown in

Algin the holes on the both side of Grill Bowl with
two holes at Bowl support bracket. Tighten firmly
using 4 of the "N" 1/4"x3/4" Phillips head screws
and 4 of the "L" 1/4" lock nuts.You may have to
lift up the Grill Bowl slightly to align the holes
properly.
Tighten the screws firmly in Step 2(Bottom Shelf
Bracket), Step 4(Rear Panel) and Step 7(Door
Bracket).
Slide the Grease Draining Tray in position over the
legs under Grill Bowl from the rear of Grill. Center
the Grease Receptacle under the Grease Draining
tray. See

Install the connection tube between Gas Valve and
inlet of Gas manifold. On the left side of the Grill.
Install the Regulator assembly to the inlet of Gas
Valve. See

Loosely screw 2 of the "C" 1/4"x1/2" HEX. head
screws with 2 of the "T" plain washer attached to
the Side Burner Shelf. Install the Control Panel by
sliding from above.Tighten the loosely attached
screws.
Install the Control Knob Seat, Spring and then place
Control Knob onto the Gas Valve stem.
