1. Side Burner Bowl Assembly
a). Loosen but do not remove 2 screws that are located
on the right side panel of the grill. See Fig.1-1.a1.
b) Remove the bottom screw that is located on the
right side of control panel. See Fig.1-1.a2.
c) Remove the 3 screws on the top edge of the side
burner bowel (C). See Fig.1-2.a3.
d) Align the bottom key holes on side burner bowl (C)
with 2 loosened screws on right side panel. Hang the
side burner bowel (C) to the cart with the two loosened
screws on the side panel. See Fig.1-2.
Tip: This step is meant to help with the installation but
do not depend solely on the two screws to hold the
weight of the side burner shelf.
e) With the three screws removed in Step c) insert
them from inside the fire box into the side burner bowl
(C). Tighten screws from inside of fire box.
f) Tighten the two screws loosened in step a).
g) Attach the side burner control panel to the main
control panel by tightening the screw removed in step b)

Assembly Instructions
Tighten all screws on the grill as some screws may have loosened during transit

from underneath the side burner bowl (C). Screw
passes through the side burner control panel to the
main control panel. See Fig.1-2.

2. Igniter and Battery Assembly
a) Remove igniter cover and lock washer from igniter.
Insert igniter through from back of side burner control
panel, secure lock washer from front of side burner
control panel.
b) Install battery (J) into ignition box with positive
terminal facing outward.
c) Replace the ignition battery cap after the battery has
been installed. See Fig. 2.
