4.3 Filling the bean container
•
Remove the lid of the bean container and fill the container with
fresh coffee beans.
Caution!

Fill the bean container with coffee beans only.

Never fill the bean container with ground, freeze-dried, or cara-
melised coffee beans.
•
Place the lid on the container.
4.4 Rinsing out the milk canister
•
Rinse out the milk canister with clean water before starting up the
appliance for the first time.
4.5 Filling the water tank
•
Open up the flap of the water tank (Fig.
A
, no.

) and pull the
water tank up and out of the appliance.
•
Fill the water tank to the max. mark with fresh tap water and
reinsert it.
Note
If the water tank runs empty during operation (e.g. during the cof-
fee dispensing process), the symbol for the water tank will be
illuminated. The current operation will be stopped and the water
tank must be filled before starting a new operation.
