POP CAKES
Ingredients:
3 eggs
175 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla powder
175 g butter, soft
175 g flour
5 tbsp cocoa powder
1½ tsp baking powder
Procedure:
1. Whisk the sugar, vanilla powder and
egg thoroughly.
2. Whisk the butter into the mixture.
3. Mix the flour, cocoa powder and
baking powder together and add it to
the mixture.
4. Bake the cakes for 6-9 minutes in the
appliance with the popcake plates
fitted.
5. Spike each popcake on a stick and
decorate the cakes once they have
cooled.
