SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
•
Always use with a bowl.
•
Do not leave the appliance running for
more than 5 minutes at a time. If the ap-
pliance has been running for 5 minutes,
leave it to cool down completely before
you use it again.
•
Do not use the appliance in mixtures con-
taining more than 500 g of flour.
•
Never touch the whisks or dough hooks
while in operation, as there is a risk of
personal injury.
•
Switch off the appliance and wait until
the whisks or dough hooks have stopped
revolving before touching them.
•
Never stick kitchen utensils or other ob-
jects into the whisks or dough hooks while
in operation, as there is a risk of personal
injury and damage to the appliance.
•
Never eject the whisks or dough hooks
while the appliance is in operation.
•
Switch the appliance off, unplug it and
remove the whisks/dough hooks before
cleaning or when not in use.
•
Do not cover the ventilation holes.
•
Never insert anything into the ventilation
holes.
Before use
•
Clean all parts that come into contact with
food before using the appliance for the first
time (or after prolonged storage).

USE
•
Check that the speed selector (2) is set to
0 (= off).
•
Insert the whisks (6) or dough hooks (5)
into the mounting holes. Note that the
whisks and dough hooks can only be
inserted in one way.
•
Plug the appliance in.
•
Lower the whisks or dough hooks into the
bowl with ingredients before switching it on
to avoid splashes.
