SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Don’t use the device outdoors.
While operating, the unit must stand on a solid, heat-resistant surface and at a
distance of minimum 30 cm from the nearest wall and other inflammable objects.
Caution! The unit becomes very hot! It must be allowed to cool completely before
touching its surface. Even the removal of the grill, the control unit and the collecting
tray as well as cleaning must be done only after the unit has cooled down completely.
Charcoal or similar fuels must not be used with this appliance.
Do not store the unit in open air.
The unit could emit a light smell and smoke on its first use.
Risk of burning! Exercise caution while handling hot oils or greases. Watch out for oil
sprays and vapours.
See that the unit does not shift during the grilling session.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove all packing material.
Clean the unit as described under Cleaning and Care.
OPERATIONS
Remove the control unit upwards from the unit. Fill the collecting tray with 1 cm of
cold water
and not exceed the indicated level max. Make attention that the water
does not go out from the collecting tray. The water level will slowly go down. If il is too
low. top it up with a little water. Pay strict attention to ensure that water does not
touch the heating rods. Insert the collecting tray into the unit from the top.
Plug the control unit on the unit from the top.
