The product you have purchased is an 8W battery-operated LED spotlight. This
product is intended for illuminating outdoor areas that do not have a power supply.
The product is only suitable for private use and is not intended for commercial use
or other applications. It is not suitable for household lighting. The LED spotlight is
not suitable for applications other than those described here.
Please read the operating instructions carefully before using the product. Keep
the operating instructions in a safe place so that you can refer to them if you are
uncertain or if they are passed on to third parties.
Safety information:

Attention! All instructions must be read. Any failure to observe the instructions
given below may result in electrical shock, fire and/or serious injury.
·
Never look directly into the LED light source.
·
Protect the item against water and vibrations.
·
Fire hazard! Mount the product at a distance of at least 0.1 m from illuminated
materials. Excessive heat may cause fire.
·
The housing of the LED spotlight may become hot during operation. Ensure that
the spotlight is sufficiently ventilated to allow for heat dissipation.
·
Do not touch the LED spotlight with bare hands until it has cooled down.
·
Position the spotlight far enough away from flammable surfaces and objects.
When placing the spotlight near flammable objects, keep a minimum distance of
1 m from the housing.
·
Keep electrical appliances and accessories away from children.
·
Never leave children unattended with the packaging material. Packaging material
presents a risk of suffocation. Children often underestimate the dangers!
·
Keep children away from the working area during assembly work.
·
Do not put damaged lamps into operation.
·
Disconnect the power supply before carrying out work on the LED spotlight.
·
The light source of this lamp is not replaceable. When the light source has
reached the end of its life cycle, the entire lamp must be replaced.
·
The spotlight should be mounted on a level and stable surface.
·
Make sure the lamp is securely fixed before using it.
·
Do not immerse the item in water. Keep a minimum distance of 5 m from swim-
ming pools or ponds.
·
Adjusting the beam direction: turn the lamp module in the desired direction.
Safety information for batteries/rechargeable batteries:
·
Keep batteries/rechargeable batteries out of the reach of children. If swallowed,
seek medical attention immediately.
·
Never recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
·
Never throw batteries/rechargeable batteries into water or fire.
·
Do not expose batteries/rechargeable batteries to mechanical stress.
·
Do not short-circuit and/or open batteries/rechargeable batteries!
·
Leakage of batteries and rechargeable batteries: avoid extreme conditions and
temperatures that can affect batteries/rechargeable batteries (radiators, direct
sunlight, etc.).
·
Avoid contact of skin, eyes and mucous membranes with battery acid.
·
Leaking batteries/rechargeable batteries can cause burns if they are touched. In
this case wear appropriate protective gloves.
·
Do not mix new and old batteries/rechargeable batteries.
·
Remove the batteries if you do not use the product for a long time.
·
Make sure the polarity is correct when inserting the batteries. This is indicated in
the battery compartment.
·
Clean the contacts on the battery and in the battery compartment before insert-
ing the batteries.
·
Remove defective batteries/rechargeable batteries from the product immediately.
Mounting the LED spotlight:
·
When drilling, be careful not to damage any electrical wiring in the wall.
·
Make sure in advance that the LED spotlight illuminates the desired area.
·
Loosen the screw on the bottom of the spotlight and remove the mounting plate.
Pay attention to the battery compartment lid.
·
Use the mounting plate to mark the drill holes. The arrow of the mounting plate
must point upwards. Drill the mounting holes.
·
Press suitable dowels into the drill holes and fix the mounting plate.
·
Place the spotlight on the mounting plate and place the guide pins in the corre-
sponding recesses. Secure the spotlight by fixing the bottom side with a screw.
Function of the motion detector:
·
The motion detector reacts to angle changes of heat radiation during twilight or
darkness caused by persons who are within the detection range of the motion
detector.
·
Detection angle: approx. 110°
·
Range: approx. 8 m
Burn time and daylight:
·
Turn the TIME knob clockwise to increase the burn time.
·
The burn time can be adjusted from approx. 5 seconds to 7 minutes.
·
Turn the LUX knob clockwise to increase the intensity of daylight.
·
In the Moon position the motion detector only reacts at night, in the Sun position
also during daylight as long as 10,000 lx is not exceeded.
Cleaning:
·
Wipe the product with a damp cloth only.
·
Do not use chemicals when cleaning.
