–
Connect the compressor to an easily accessible power socket, so it
can be quickly disconnected from the mains in case of an incident.
–
Do not use adapter plugs in conjunction with earthed (grounded)
power tools. Unmodified power plugs and matching power sockets will
reduce the risk of electric shocks.
–
Place the power cable so that it does not become a tripping hazard.
–
Do not bend the power cable and do not place it over sharp edges.
–
Do not carry the compressor by the power cable and do not hang it on
the power cable.
–
Do not use the compressor if the power cable is damaged.
–
Do not use the compressor when it is wet or in a wet environment.
Notes on handling compressed air
–
Do not direct the air jet towards people or animals and do not use this
to clean garments on the body in order to avoid serious injury.
–
Do not insert hands or objects through the protective grille of the
compressor.
–
Keep children and animals away from the working area of the
compressor.
–
When releasing the hose coupling, hold the coupling piece with your
hand to avoid being injured by the rebounding hose.
–
Wear safety goggles when working with the pneumatic gun.
Foreign bodies and blown-out parts may cause injury.
–
Avoid getting the exhaust air in your eye. The exhaust air of the
compressor can contain water, oil, metal particles and contaminants
from the compressor. This may cause a health hazard.
–
Be careful when putting the compressor down.
–
Never place the compressor on the on/off switch as the compressor
can be switched on accidentally.
–
Do not insert objects into the compressor.
