Before you start assembling, please read through all the assembly instructions carefully, lay out all the
required tools and organise all the components. We would suggest using a level work surface to make the
following steps much easier.
Gluing the body
The first step is to fit and glue the four body panels together. We
recommend briefly fitting these four panels together before gluing
to make sure you have the right part in the right place. Apply the
glue in the groove, see Fig. 2.
Snare wire assembly
The two snare wires are assembled as shown in Fig. 4. Holes are
already integrated in the top panel for assembly. To assemble
the two snare wires you will need the four 3 x 12 mm screws.
Put together the snare drums with the wires facing outwards, as
shown in Fig. 4.
Applying pressure
To create the necessary pressure for gluing, you will need the two
tensioning straps (supplied), see Fig. 3. Make sure the four panels
are flush and at the correct angle using the try square as in Fig. 3.
Excess glue should be removed immediately with a damp cloth.
The glue needs to dry for at least 120 minutes before you can
release the pressure.
Gluing the rear panel
The rear panel can then be inserted in the recesses at the back
and glued. Please apply the glue on the recessed body parts at
the rear, as shown in Fig. 5. Then, use the supplied tensioning
straps again to apply pressure, see Fig. 6. Once again, remove
excess glue using a damp cloth and release the pressure after
about 60 minutes.
