On a power-up, all digital ports are set to input. Because of this
the corresponding input lines are all set to high impedance (with-
out external wiring). Depending on the application, it may be
desirable to have the digital lines in a defined state on power-up.
The ME-1400 series allows the user to add pull-up or pull-down
resistors to the circuit board directly. Appropriate resistor arrays
