Weekly cleaning
Repeat cleaning steps 1 - 23 of daily cleaning!
25. Turn off the local main switch.
26. Remove the front panel.
27. Open the grinder unit door.
28. Remove add-on screen.
29. Spray the complete interior and inside of the door on the grinder unit thoroughly with disinfectant*.

30. Install add-on screen.
31. Close the grinder unit door.
32. Attach the front panel.
33. After 20 minutes: install siphon trap.
33. Open the revision drain slide, empty the machine, then close the revision
drain.
Any safety covers that must be removed in order to perform such operations must be returned to their origi-
nal condition when the work has been completed.
* Detergent / disinfectant:
MEIKO recommends brand cleaning products from leading manufacturers.
Frequent changing from acidic-neutral-alkaline can lead to faster wear on the installed components.
If you use several cleaning products in your facilities, we recommend always using the same product (avoid
frequent changes of cleaning products).
