1.
Place the table (A) over the saw blade (B), on the turntable.
2.
Fasten the table with 3 screws M6 x 16, 3 washers and 3 hex nuts M6. Tighten the screws loosely by hand.
3.
Fit the U-section (C) with 2 screws M6 x 16 with recessed heads and knurled nuts (D) on the front of the saw table.
4.
Fit the length stop (5) on the required side of the saw blade. Clamp it the required side with the lever (J).
Fitting the feeder holder
Screw the feeder’s mounting screw in the threaded hole in the frame and lock with the nut. Hang the feeder on the screw when not in use.
USE
Adjusting the table
1.
Place the table in its home position and tighten the wing screw (E) and tensioning lever (F).
2.
Adjust the table so that it is parallel with the saw blade and tighten the 3 screws. Check that the saw blade is centred in the saw table insert.
Adjusting the table at right angles to the saw blade
1.
Push up the guide as far as it will go and lock.
2.
Release the tensioning lever (F) and the wing screw (E) on the swivel unit (G).
3.
Adjust the table to the correct angle (90°) to the saw blade. Use a set square.
4.
Adjust the set screw (H) and lock with the nut.
