Ask your electrical supplier to check the available
voltage. Allow trained personnel to inspect the
machine’s motor. Allow authorised personnel to
replace the capacitor.
Excessive motor
noise.
Damaged winding. Fault in
the motor.
Allow authorised personnel to inspect the motor.
The motor does not
achieve full power.
Overloaded mains supply
due to lightning strike,
apparatus or other motors.
Do not use other apparatus or motors on the mains
supply to which the cutting machine is connected.
The motor overheats
easily.
The motor is overloaded.
Insufficient cooling of the
motor.
Avoid overloading the motor when working.
Remove dust from the motor to ensure optimum
cooling of the motor.
Reduced cutting
power when sawing.
The saw blade is too small
(has been sharpened too
often).
Adjust the end stop for the saw casing.
The cut is uneven.
The saw blade is dull. The
teeth are not suitable for the
thickness of the material.
Resharpen the saw blade or use a suitable saw
blade.
The workpiece splits
or cracks.
The cutting pressure is too
high or the saw blade is
unsuitable for the
application.
