Installing or Replacing the Battery
Your
MediSure
Blood Glucose
Monitoring System is packed with
one 3-volt lithium coin battery
that needs to be installed before
testing. The battery will last for
approximately 1,000 tests. Always
keep spare batteries on hand.
When the battery symbol appears on the display, it
means your battery is low. Although the meter will still
provide accurate results, the battery should be replaced
as soon as possible. After the battery is replaced, reset
the date, and time.

Open the battery cover by pressing
on it and sliding it in the direction
of the arrows on the battery cover.
2.
If replacing battery, remove the old
battery.
3.
Insert a new battery firmly with the
positive (
+
) side up. The LCD will
display “Set.”
4.
Reset the date, time.
