Caution
Chemical Consumption
A 10-litre detergent bottle will give
approximately 27 washes.
Chemical Replacement
The right hand door allows access to the
chemical storage compartment, where the
pickup connections are located.
The machine uses a float switch in the bottle to
detect when there is insufficient chemical to
run a cycle, prompting the user to replace the
bottle. This assembly is inserted into the
chemical bottle until the base of the float
switch rests on the bottom.
Chemical 1 - Detergent
The Detergent sensor plug and pickup tube
connect to the left hand socket and port.
Chemical 2 - Lubricant
The Lubricant sensor plug and pickup tube
connect to the right hand socket and port.
Chemical bottles
must
be connected to
the correct port. Otherwise, wash
efficiency and/or rinsing will be
compromised.
Disposal of chemical containers
For the correct disposal of chemical
containers, please refer to the manufacturer’s
instructions and local regulations.
Chemical Priming
When changing an empty detergent bottle, to
prevent unnecessary cycle errors the system
should be primed to ensure chemical fills the
entire hose, from the supply to the tank.
1. Remove the empty container
2. Place the new container in the
chemical compartment
3. Place the intake hose in the container,
