The second partition (

D:\

) is used for data backup and also contains drivers (

D:\

Drivers

) and utilities (

D:\Tools

) for your PC. 

Depending on the confi guration of the computer, there 
may be other partitions with different drive designations. 
Therefore, it should be noted that the drive designation 
“D:\” given here is an example and may be different on 
your computer.

D:\Drivers 

This directory contains copies of the drivers required for your PC. These fi les may be 
required after a system restore.

D:\Tools

You will fi nd additional programs and other documentation about your PC here. 

D:\Recover

You will fi nd the system recovery fi les here with which you can restore the computer 
to the factory settings.

In addition, you will fi nd the start-up fi les for the system 
restore tool, as well as the installation fi les for Windows®, 
on other non-rewritable partitions. These partitions are 
not visible and cannot be deleted.
