Display Error/cause Troubleshooting
The display
remains
dark The unit is not on.
The batteries are too
weak.
The batteries were not
inserted correctly. Check that the batteries
have the correct polarity.
If necessary, replace the
batteries.
Display
"EE" You spoke or moved whi
le measuring your blood
pressure.
The sleeve is not atta
ched correctly.
You did not hold the unit
up to heart height. Remain quiet for the du
ration of the measure
ment.
Attach the sleeve care
fully.
Keep your arm and the
unit at heart height
Display
"E2" You moved while you
were measuring your
blood pressure. Remain quiet for the du
ration of the measure
ment (do not move or
speak).
The batteries are dead. Replace the batteries
with new alkali type AAA
batteries.
