No reception/poor
signal via a wireless
network connection

• Make sure that all required settings have been made.
• It may be too far from the router. In this case, the use of a repeater may be sensible.

• The devices may not be compatible (only Android devices with certain software
requirements are compatible).
The remote control
is not working.
• Check if the batteries are fully functioning and have been inserted the right way
round.
• Ensure the sensor fi eld is not exposed to strong light.
• Turn the device off and on again using the mains switch on the bottom of the
device.
The menu cannot be
opened.
• Check whether CEC is enabled. In this case, the menu cannot be opened. This is not
a defect. In some cases, the menu of the device connected via
HDMI2
opens. This
is dependent on the playback device and must be supported accordingly. Further
information is available on page 47.
• Change the input source.
HDR contents are
not played back.
• In
the
SOURCES
menu select
ENHANCED
(see also page 45).
In many cases, it is sensible to reset to the factory settings with subsequent reinstallation.
