How can I restore the tablet PC to the factory settings?
Tap

Backup&Reset > Factory data reset
in the main menu to restore the system to the state it
was in when it left the factory.

: Any data you have saved will be lost!

The “Factory data reset” option is only
available from the owner’s user account.
How can I extend the battery life?
Reduce the brightness of the display to an appropriate
level.

How do I switch off the Android device if the system is
blocked?
Press and hold the on/off switch for approximately 10
seconds until the device switches off. It can then be
switched on again.
What do I do if the picture/photo is not clear?
Make sure that the protective film has been removed.
Check whether the lens is clean (after shooting a
photo or storing a video) and, if necessary, clean it
with a soft, lint-free cloth.
