11.  Frequently asked questions

How do I reset the tablet PC to factory settings?

Open the

SETTINGS

app. You can reset the system back to factory settings in

the advanced system settings.

NOTICE!
Loss of data!

When you do this, all of the data on the tablet PC’s
internal memory will be deleted.

Make sure you back up your personal data, such as
music and photos, on an external storage medium
beforehand.

It is only possible to reset the device to factory settings from the owner’s
user account.

What can I do to maximise battery life?

Reduce the display brightness to a moderate level.

Switch off WLAN and Bluetooth® when you are not using those features.

Reduce the time until the display switches off when not in use under the

display

settings.

How do I switch off the tablet PC when the system is locked?

Press and hold the On/Off button for more than 10 seconds until the device
switches off.

You can then switch your tablet PC on again as normal.

What should I do if the display is not clear or photos/videos taken are not
being shown clearly?

Make sure that the protective film has been removed from the device display.

Make sure that the camera lens is clean and dry. Clean it with a soft, lint-free
cloth if necessary.

What should I do if a micro SD memory card is not being read?

Try inserting the micro SD memory card into the relevant card slot again and
restart the tablet PC.

Larger storage media have to be indexed and loaded by the system first, which may
take a few minutes.

There are so many different micro SD memory cards available on the
market that we cannot guarantee compatibility with all of them. You can
always try a different memory card.
