13. Bluetooth mode
You can play back tracks on this device wirelessly via Bluetooth from external devic-
es (e.g. an MP3 player or mobile telephone with Bluetooth).
Press the
BT
button on the remote control.
13.1. Pairing Bluetooth devices
Press the
PAIR/INFO
button to activate pairing mode. Also activate the Blue-
tooth function on your external device and carry out the pairing process. Please
refer to the instructions for your device for this process. The name of the audio
system is “MD47777”.
The pairing process is now complete and the external device can now be used
with the audio system.
Playing back tracks and controlling the volume and special functions can be carried
out both on your external device and on the audio system. The functions that are
available are dependent on your external device and the software that you use.
If you want to stop Bluetooth transmission, deactivate Bluetooth on the external
device or change the source on the audio system.
13.2. Control via remote control (Bluetooth range)
If you want to control tracks using the audio system remote control, you have the
following options:
• Press
the
V-/+
button to increase or decrease the volume.
• Use
the
button to start or pause playback.
•
Skip to the previous or next track using the
or
buttons.
Please note that not every function is available for every external end device. It is
possible that some functions will be shown on the display of the external end de-
vice
14. Playback via the AUX IN and AUDIO IN
connections
Connect the external device as described in the section “8.4. Connecting an external
device to the AUX IN connection” on page 50 and “8.3. Connecting an external de-
vice to the AUDIO IN connection” on page 49. Control is via the external devices.
