10.2. Time
10.2.1. Displaying the time
The time can be displayed both when the device is switched on and when it is in
standby mode. By default, the time is displayed in standby mode.
Press the
DISPLAY
button. The time is displayed for a few seconds.
Press the button in standby mode to switch the time display on or off.
10.2.2. Setting clock time
The time can only be set when the device is in standby mode.
Press and hold the
CLOCK
button until the hour display flashes.
Type in the required hour and minutes using the digit keys, and confirm with
CLOCK
.
10.3. Timer
The timer allows you to have the device start up and turn off in a particular mode at
particular times. The timer can only be set in standby mode.
To use the timer function, the time must be set as described above.
10.3.1. Setting timer
If you would like to start the timer in
FM
mode, set the required radio station be-
forehand so that the device will play the right station when activated.
Press the
TIMER
button to turn on or off the timer function.
Press and hold the button
TIMER
until the source display flashes.
Now set which source should be used. Press
or
to select one of the follow-
ing operating modes. After that, confirm with
TIMER
.

Type in the required hour and minutes using the digit keys at which the device
should be switched on and confirm with

When the set time has been reached, the device switches to the selected operating
mode, and to the desired time off again.
