Activities of less than 1 minute can not be saved.
The fitness watch automatically ends sport mode if no activity has been
detected for 15 minutes.
8.2. Data view during activity
During an activity, swipe from right to left or left to right on the display to switch
between the various data views.
The following data is displayed during the activity:
• Heart
rate
•
Heart rate zones (see section “8.2.1. Heart rate zones” on page 51)
• Calorie
consumption
•
Number of steps
•
Lap time (time required per kilometre at the current speed)
•
Average lap time (average time required per kilometre during the current
activity)
8.2.1. Heart rate zones
Standardised heart rate zones are used to help optimally control the intensity and
effect of your training. The heart rate zones may vary depending on the type of
sport, since the number of active muscle groups and the number of heartbeats per
minutes differs.
During the activity, your fitness watch displays a circle diagram indicating the heart
rate zone you are currently in.
The following overview provides a rough guide:
Zone 1
Very light

Warm-up phase during exercise

Zone 2
