NOTE
If the display of the handset shows "Not Available", then the answering
machine is being used by another person.
To end the playback, press the call key.
Playing back messages from a different telephone
extension
You can playback the messages on your answering machine from a different
extension, such as a mobile phone or a telephone booth.
Proceed as follows:
Dial the telephone number of your extension.
If your answering machine is switched on, press the asterisk key on the
telephone.
Enter your remote enquiry PIN now with the keypad.
If you entered the remote enquiry PIN incorrect three times, the connection
will be terminated.
The following functions are available:
Key 5
pause
Key 4
playback next message
Key 6
playback previous message
Key 2
Delete message
NOTE
To use the remote enquiry of an alien machine please consult the
manual of the respective manufacturer.
Delete all
Confirm the request
CONFIRM
with the left function key (OK) to delete all
messages on the answering machine.
The display will show
EMPTY
briefly.
