Call list
External calls are only saved in the call list if
- the answering machine does not pick up;
- the caller’s telephone has the CLIP function (the caller's number is
displayed).
The display will show the caller’s number when a call is received. If this
number is assigned to a name and ring tone in the telephone’s address
book the relevant name is shown on the screen and the assigned ring tone
is played.
If no number is transmitted
ANONYM-CALL
is shown on the screen.
The symbol for missed calls appears on the display when there are new
entries stored in the call list.
If there were e.g. 3 missed calls the screen indicates
3 NEW MSG.

Up to 10 entries can be recorded in the call list.
Press the arrow key
Calls in the idle state. If there are no calls stored
in memory,
EMPTY
will appear on the display. If new calls have been
received, you have the following possibilities with the left function key:
SAVE NUMBER
: You can store the telephone numbers to a name in the
directory.
DELETE
: Deletes the selected entry from the call list.
DELETE ALL
: deletes all entries from the call list.
DETAILS
: Caller identity function, time and date are displayed.
Select the desired option and press the right control key (OK).
