DVD mode
The DVD mode allows you to control the integrated DVD player.
Switching between TV and DVD modes
Press the
SOURCE

If you want to return to TV mode, repeat this procedure and instead of selecting

Inserting a DVD
The integrated DVD player only supports media with a diameter of 12 cm. To avoid damage to discs, do
not insert media with larger or smaller diameters into the DVD slot.
The DVD must be inserted with the label side facing to the rear (rear side of the Full HD LED LCD TV).
The DVD can be inserted in any source mode, but it won‘t be initiated untill source input
DVD
is selected.
Insert the DVD into the DVD slot with the label side facing to the rear. If the device is set to DVD mode, the DVD
will be automatically recognised and retracted.
LOAD
followed by
PLAY
will appear on the screen. Normally,
playback will start automatically.
In some cases you may need to initiate play manually. To do this, press the
button

Button functions
Special screen message
If you select a function which does not start or cannot be accessed in the current mode, the ‘not-valid’ sym-
bol shown here will appear on the screen. The symbol disappears after a few seconds.
Playback
Press the
button to start/pause playback. To resume playback, press the
button once again.
Stop
Press

once to stop playback. In this mode, you can resume playback at the same point by pressing
.
Press
once more to fi nally stop the DVD. The device is now in stop mode.
Skip
Press the

during playback to skip backward or forward (with DVDs: from chapter to chapter;
otherwise, from track to track).
Please note that on many DVDs it is not possible to pass over the titles/chapters before the actual fi lm
starts (licence notes).
Fast forward/rewind
Press the

during playback to start fast forward/rewind. Repeated pressing allows you to
increase the speed: 2x > 4x > 8x > 16x > 32x. By pressing the button once more or by pressing
, you can return
to the normal play speed.
