Installing a second hard drive (optional)
Note
The second hard drive slot is free in the state at delivery.
Read the safety notes in these Operating Instructions and the notes concerning
your second hard drive before installing the hard drive.
Proceed as follows to install the second hard drive:
1.
Switch off the notebook by shutting it down correctly and turn it over.
2.
Remove the cover (

) of the hard drive slot by loosening the screw (

), lift
the cover of the hard drive slot with a screwdriver (

) and remove it.
3.
Loosen both the screws with which the holder is attached and remove the
holder of the hard drive.
4.
Push the new hard drive into the holder with the contacts at the front. Pay
attention here that the lettering of the hard drive is pointing upwards.
5.
Attach the hard drive to the holder by means of the side screw located in the
hard drive cover (

).
