1: If you are installing new hard drive, you will need to initialize the hard drive after you set up Raid 

mode in order for your computer to recognize the hard drive.

2: If the fan is loud, Mediasonic can replace a new fan for you at no cost to user.  Please contact

3: User need to connect this device to computer's USB port, then press the power ON button in 
order to turn ON the device.  If the USB cable is not connected, the device may not power On.
