Maintenance Lock
DEATH OR SERIOUS INJURY HAZARD!
NEVER perform work or inspection on the machine with the platform
elevated without first blocking the scissor assembly with the
Maintenance Lock�����
DO NOT engage the Maintenance Lock unless the platform in empty of
tools and material�����

Lock
For the Micro 26, the Maintenance Lock is located at the front of the
scissor stack.
Raise the platform approximately 10 ft (3 m) just high enough to
rotate the Maintenance Lock into place.
Lift the Maintenance Lock, move it to the center of the scissor arm,
then rotate it up to a vertical position.
The Maintenance Lock must engage the
scissor section above it�����
DO NOT set it so that it hangs down�����
Lower the platform until the Maintenance Lock rests securely on
the link. Keep clear of the Maintenance Lock when lowering the
platform.

The Maintenance Lock must be stowed before
lowering the platform�����
DO NOT attempt to lower the platform with one
maintenance lock in place�����
Raise the platform approximately 1 ft / .3 m higher so that the
Maintenance Lock clear the scissor link cross tubes.
Slide the front-end Maintenance Lock to the side and rotate it stowed
position.
Lower the platform.
