The priority/forced operation cause the priority switching of output. By using the release time, the
priority/forced control can be deactivated automatically and the channel changes into the normal
state.
The followings actions can be performed after deactivating the priority/forced control:
Off
The channel is switched off.
start time of staircase light
The channel is switched on for the time of the staircase light.
