Assembly/Disassembly

EP800AD (Acrobat™ HPU)

Power Pack Assembly

REMOVAL

1.

Disconnect any hydraulic hoses that attach power pack assembly to the frame of the HPU and the cover
assembly. Reference hydraulic section.

2.

Remove bolts that attach the power pack assembly to the HPU mounting plate.

3.

Separate power pack assembly from HPU mounting plate.

INSTALLATION

1.

Position power pack assembly on the HPU mounting plate

2.

Install bolts attaching power pack assembly to the HPU mounting plate. Apply medium strength thread
locking compound. Tighten bolts to 30 ft-lbs (40.7 Nm) torque.

3.

Attach hydraulic hoses that were disconnected during disassembly. Reference hydraulic section.
