14 .0 RETURNING A UNIT FOR REPAIR
If the unit needs to be returned to the Factory for repair, please do the following:
•
Prior to calling for a return authorization number, determine the model number, serial number (located inside the front
panel of converter), and reason for return.
•
Call the McCrometer Customer Service Department and ask for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
•
Ship the meter in the original packaging, if possible. Do not ship manuals, power cords, or other parts with your unit
unless required for repair.
•
Please make sure the meter is clean and free from foreign debris prior to shipping.
•
Write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box. All return shipments should be insured.
•
Address all shipments to:
