SERVICE INSTRUCTION - LUBRICATION
Filters
Change the hydraulic filters after the first 50 hours and then every 500 hours running or
when the indicator fitted to the filter housing is in the RED position. There are two filters on
the rotor circuit and one on the arm circuit.

4-5 shots daily

pin, kingpost socket
Fill weekly until grease exudes from
joints.

do not overfill

5-6 shots every week.

Hydraulic tank
Capacity 227 Litres (50 Gallons)
Top up daily to sight gauge on tank.
Do not mix grades, use clean oil only
and fill through cap filter. Change oil
completely every 1000 hours.

Gearbox
Capacity 0.7L. Check daily for leaks.
Change oil after initial 50 hours of use
and thereafter at annual 500 hour
intervals, whichever occurs earliest.

Pump drive shaft
Yoke – grease nipples every 500
hours fill until grease exudes from
joints.
Sliding shaft – keep well smeared
with grease at all times.
