Connection and Control Elements
The controller operating elements control the connected computer’s software. These instructions
can only give a brief description of the operating elements and their function. For a detailed
description, read the software instructions.
(1) TRACK SELECT selection switch
• Turn this selection switch to select folders or audio tracks in the software browser window.
• Press this selection switch to confirm your selection.
(2) Button LOAD SIDE A
• Press this button to load a selected audio track from the software browser window to deck A.
(3) Button LOAD SIDE B
• Press this button to load a selected audio track from the software browser window to deck B.
(4) BACK button
• Press this button to skip back a level in the browser window’s folder hierarchy.
(5) GAIN control
• This control controls the audio signal input level for the respective deck.
(6) HIGH control
• This control controls the sound in the pitch range for the respective deck.
(7) MID control
• This control controls the sound in the mid-tone range for the respective deck.
(8) LOW control
• This control controls the sound in the low range for the respective deck.
(9) CUE SELECT buttons
• Press this respective button to select the channel for headphone channel preview.
The selected channel is only played back on the headphones for previewing. The volume can be set
with the PHONES VOL (37) control.
