In order to reserve free memory for new mes-
sages, you may listen to the Incoming  Messages
(ICM) and delete insignificant ones as follows:

1.

Dial your telephone number from a touch tone
telephone.

2.

When the system answers, you must press
and hold ”

” to skip the OGM, a beep tone

will be heard.

3.

Press the 

security code

to enter the “REMOTE

CONTROL” mode.

4.

Press ”

5

” to play all messages, then 

press ”

0

” to play all message in mailbox 0, or

press ”

1

” to play all messages in mailbox 1, or

press ”

2

” to play all messages in mailbox 2.

Press ”

6

” to play new messages, then press

0

” for mailbox 0, press ”

1

” for mailbox 1,

press ”

2

” for mailbox 2.

The following options are available while you are
playing your messages:

Repeat message:

To repeat an entire message, press key ”

skip while the message is playing. To repeat
the previous message, press key ”

Date/Time Stamp (DTS) is playing.

Pause message:
