WASHING (OPTIONAL UNIT)
When turning off the appliance, you can choose to clean the oven automatically selecting one of the programs from 0 to 8 (if
the optional washing kit is installed).
Program 0 :
No detergent ca. 37 minutes
Program 3:
With detergent ca. 1 h 30
Program 8:
With detergent 2 h 30
The other positions are intermediate positions.
N.B: In case of power failure, the washing symbol is displayed. You must end the cycle with a manual rinsing.

If the door is opened or the washing cycle is stopped by means of the STOP button, the production cycle can be restarted. If
the washing cycle is stopped in this mode, the boiler emptying and filling cycle has to be performed twice in order to use
steam.
Failing to do so, the oven will not display any alarm and will not produce steam.
6.5.3
MANUAL WASH
The oven performs steam cycles. A beep will inform about the end of the cycles. When the beep
goes on, open the oven door and distribute the detergent in the cooking chamber. Now close the
door and let the wash and rinse cycle come to an end (the cycle is automatic if the wheel is installed
or manual if the washing system is installed).
