Do not leave children unattended to prevent
using the unit as a toy.
•
For children safety reasons do not leave
polyethylene bags, used as packaging,
unattended.
ATTENTION! Do not allow children to play with
polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger
of suffocation!
•
Check the power cord, the power plug and
the kettle body integrity periodically.
•
Never use the kettle if the power cord or the
power plug is damaged, if the unit works
improperly or after it was dropped.
•
Do not attempt to repair the unit. Do not
disassemble the unit by yourself, if any mal-
function is detected or after it was dropped,
unplug the unit and apply to any authorized
service center from the contact address list
given in the warranty certificate and on the
website www.maxwell-products.ru.
•
Transport the unit in the original package
only.
•
For environment protection do not discard
the unit with usual household waste after its
service life expiration; apply to a specialized
center for further recycling.
•
Keep the unit out of reach of children and
disabled persons.
THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD
USAGE ONLY
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
After unit transportation or storage at low
temperature keep it for at least three hours
at room temperature before switching on.
There may be water spots in the kettle,
this is normal, as the unit has undergone
factory quality control.

Unpack the kettle and remove any stickers
that can prevent unit operation .
–
Check the unit for damages; do not use it in
case of damages.
–
Make sure that the unit operating voltage
corresponds to the voltage of your mains.
–
Make sure that the unit is switched off by
pressing the OFF button (4) «
0 ».
–
To fill the kettle with water, (6) open the
kettle lid (3).
–
Fill the kettle with water up to the maximal
mark «
MAX », determine the water level
using the scale (2).
–
Close the lid (3), make sure that the kettle lid
(3) is closed tightly.
–
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
–
To switch the kettle on press the ON but-
ton (5)
«I» , the light indicator (9) will light up.
–
Once water starts boiling, the kettle will be
switched off automatically, the light indica-
tor (1) will go out. Pour water out and repeat
the water boiling procedure 2-3 times.
ATTENTION!
To avoid burns by hot steam, do not bend
over the kettle spoutwhile the kettle is
operating.
USAGE
–
Make sure that the unit is switched off by
pressing the OFF button (4) «
0 ».
–
To fill the kettle with water, (7) open the
lid (3).
–
Using the water level scale, fill the kettle with
water not below the minimal mark «
MIN »
and not above the maximal mark « MAX ».
–
Close the lid (3) and put the filled kettle on
an even stable surface.
–
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
–
To switch the kettle on, press the ON but-
ton (5)
«I» , the light indicator (9) will light up.
–
Once water starts boiling, the kettle will be
switched off automatically, the light indica-
tor (1) will go out.
–
After switching the kettle off, wait for 10-20
seconds, then you can switch it on again
for re-boiling.
–
If you need to switch the kettle off, press the
OFF button (4)
«0» .
–
If you accidentally switch the kettle on, but
the water level appears to be below the
minimal mark
«MIN» , the automatic ther-
mal switch will be on and the kettle will
be switched off automatically. In this case
unplug the kettle and let it cool down for
10-15 minutes, then fill it with water, and
switch the kettle on, the unit will operate in
normal mode.
