Step 7:
The next screen will ask the user to turn the wireless sensor ON. Push and hold the black button for 2 seconds
to turn the Wireless sensor module ON.
For verification, check the blue LED status light on the wireless sensor. If the blue LED on the wireless sensor blinks once
then the Wireless sensor module is ready. The display on the main controller will show battery level (similar to figure
below) for the wireless sensor and automatically start logging payload temperature. The LCD display during temperature
logging is shown below:
DO NOT PRESS THE ON/OFF BUTTON WHILE THE SYSTEM IS RECORDING TEMPERATURE DATA. Pressing the button will
lead to loss of data.

The screen will show

Date and Time
o
Temperature of the payload
o
Payload status – Not Acceptable if payload temperature went below or above the user defined payload
temperature range
o
Battery level - % of charge remaining in the main controller

Step 8:
To STOP recording, press and hold the SELECT button for a few seconds and release. The screen will display
‘Logging stopped’ and ask the user to download the data before turning the Main Controller off. For turning the
wireless sensor off push and hold the black button for 2 seconds.
