Organizer
Entering a new appointment
New.
This will let you enter a new appointment into the
organizer. You will be prompted to define the new
appointment as an
Event
, a
Meeting
or a
Memo.
Select one and enter the relevant information in the
text editor. Use the arrow keys
to scroll through
the entry fields:
Subject.
To state what the event is about.
Start date, End date, Start time, End time
. To set
up parameters for the event.
Reminder.
Your phone can alert you of events,
meetings, or memo entries by selecting the appropriate
reminder time from a list.
Sound.
Select the sound you wish to apply. By
choosing a loud sound, you can use the appointment
function to set up an alarm call.
