Look up appointments
Using the Organizer.
The Organizer is a practical tool comprising the
Calendar
, the
Tasks
list and the
Calculator
. To keep
track of appointments, celebrations and meetings etc.:

Step to
. Press
OK
.
Day view.
In day view, you can check your appointments for the
day. You can scroll through the entries with
and use
OK
to view an appointment. The
Option
softkey will
give you the choice of deleting the appointment or
entering a new one. You can also go to
Month
view via
the softkey menu.
Month view.
Dates that have appointments attached to them will be
underlined. You can toggle through the days of a
month with the arrow keys and select a date with the
OK
key to enter day view on that particular date.
