WARNING! RISK OF INJURY

NEVER place any portion of your body beneath the vehicle

when lifting or lowering.

NEVER work on, under or around a load supported only by
a hydraulic jack, and never crawl under the vehicle while
placing or removing the axle stands.
ALWAYS keep hands and feet clear of the jack hinge

mechanism and the ground contact area when lowering the
load.

ALWAYS transfer the lifted load IMMEDIATELY to a pair
of appropriately-rated axle stands. Use one pair of axle
stands per vehicle. The rated load capacity is per pair
only. Do not exceed the rated capacity.

WARNING!

Be sure that ALL tools and personnel are clear of the load
before lowering. SLOWLY open the release valve. The
more you turn the handle counter-clockwise, the faster
the load will come down. Maintain control of the rate of

speed at which the load lowers at all times.

OPERATION

BEFORE EACH USE

•  Verify that the product is suitable for the desired application. Do not overload the jack

beyond its rated capacity.

•  Check to ensure that the jack rolls freely. Raise and lower the unloaded saddle (6)

throughout the entire lifting range before putting it into service to ensure that the pump
operates smoothly.

•  Perform a visual inspection on the jack to check for any abnormalities.

USING THE RELEASE VALVE

The jack handle (4) is needed to open and
close the release valve. The handle has to be

inserted correctly and must sit in an upright or
almost upright position.

•  Turn the handle CLOCKWISE until firm

resistance is felt. In this position, the release
valve is closed.

This position is used to lift the load.

•  Turn the handle slowly

COUNTER-CLOCKWISE, about 1/2 full turn

from the closed position, to open the release
valve.

This position is used to lower the load.

LIFTING LOADS

•  Make sure that the jack and the vehicle are on a hard, level surface capable of sustaining

the load.

•  Follow the vehicle manufacturer's recommended guidelines for lifting the vehicle. Engage

the parking brake, move the automatic gearshift lever to park position and chock each

unlifted wheel in both directions to prevent inadvertent vehicle movement. If the vehicle

has a manual transmission, move the gear selector into reverse or first gear.

•  Close the release valve by turning the handle (4) clockwise until firm resistance is felt. Do

not overtighten.

•  Refer to the vehicle owner's manual to locate the approved lifting points on the vehicle.

•  Verify the lifting point, then pump the handle (4) until the saddle comes into contact with

the lifting point. To lift, pump the handle until the load reaches the desired height.

•  Place axle stands under vehicle immediately after it has been elevated by the jack.

LOWERING THE JACK

•  Raise the load high enough to clear the axle stands.

•  Remove the axle stands carefully (always use in pairs).

•  Slowly turn the handle counter-clockwise, only about 1/2 full turn. The air will escape from

the release valve and the load will lower slowly.

•  When storing, please insert the foam handle into the right C-shaped clip and the top

handle on the left magnet holder which is near the left rear castor.
