Press once for canister mode or press twice for marinate mode.
Pulse Vac
Allows you to operate the vacuum pump manually. Press and hold for continuous operation or pulse for dosed
operation. The appliance will proceed with sealing automatically when it reaches maximum vacuum pressure.
ON/OFF/Cancel
Use to activate and deactivate the appliance or cancel any running process. Press and hold for approx. 3 seconds
to turn off the appliance.
Operation
NOTE: This machine requires micro channel or embossed channel bags and rolls to function. Do not use smooth
bags/tubes, these will not work.
ATTENTION! Before each operation, ensure that the dripping tray is completely empty. Always make sure the
vacuum pump does not suck in any liquids. Immediately cancel operation if any liquid is sucked into the pump.
When using Vacuum Bags
1.
Switch on the machine by
pressing the “ON/OFF”
key.
2.
Choose a suitable size bag and place you product inside. To ensure a good seal, leave enough space (+/- 5
cm) between the product and the open end.
3.
Place the open end of the bag over the sealing strip and vacuum chamber gasket into the vacuum chamber.
Make sure the entire width of the bag is placed within the sealing area and inside the chamber. Also ensure
there are no folds, ripples or gaps in the bag.
4.
Close and hold the lid to keep the bag in place. The lid wil lock automatically when the appliance starts
operation and can be released afterwards.
5.
Press the “
Vacuum Dry Food
”
key when
processing dry products and press the “Vacuum Moist Food” ke
y
when processing moist products. The appliance will operate on default settings.
6.
If desired, adjust the vacuum or sealing time, using the designated keys prior to step 5.
7.
After the sealing process, the lid will unlock automatically.
8.
Remove the bag and check the seal. A good seal will look clear and even.
TIP: When using the appliance for the first time or when you switch to a different bag type or material. Make a
few test bags on different settings to find the ideal seal time / vacuum time combination.
TIP: Let the appliance cool down for a short period after each sealing process. This wil help prevent overheating
and avoid damage to the sealing strip. If the appliance becomes overheated it will shut down automatically. Wait
for it to cool down and restart.
TIP: When packaging delicate items use the Pulse function. This allows you to regulate vacuum pressure. Press
and hold for continuous operation or pulse for dosed operation. Finally, press “Seal Only” to seal the bag.
How to create custom bags when using a tube roll
1.
Choose a suitable size tube roll.
2.
Seal the open end
of the tube using the “Seal Only” key.
Then measure the tube to size and cut the tube roll.
