HOW TO USE
1. Turn the temperature dial to OFF position.
2. Connect the temperature control probe to the receptacle
with the temperature dial facing upwards.
3. Connect the power cord to a suitable electrical outlet.
4.
Set the temperature dial to the desired temperature.

5. The temperature indicator light lights up when the
temperature is set or adjusting to a higher level. Once the
desired temperature is reached, the indicator light cycles
during use, indicating the selected temperature is being
maintained. When adding food, the indicator light lights
up briefly as the overall cooking temperature is reduced.
6. Preheat the appliance for 5 - 10 minutes or until the
indicator light goes out.

When grilling has finished turn the temperature dial to
Off position. Then empty the appliance with a suitable
non-metallic utensil to avoid damaging the non-stick
surface.
NOTE:
Only use nylon or
heat-proof plastic
cooking utensils.
Metal utensils may
scratch the non-stick
surface.
CAUTION:
Do not touch the
appliance while in
use. During use the
appliance becomes
hot. When using the
appliance always wear
kitchen mittens.
