Maintenance
Periodic checks
WARNING!!!
After the fi rst 50 hours of opera-
tion and every 6 months or 1000
hours:
- tighten nuts and screws fi xing
the cables in the command and control
lectrical board and in the terminal board
of electrical motors.
Weekly (or every 50 hours)
Check the oil level
Check and Clean the solenoid valve

lter of condensate drain (if any)
Monthly (or every 200 hours)
Clean the intake
fi
lter.
Clean the air/oil cooler
Clean the intake pre-
fi
lter
Every Quarter (or every 500 hours)
Check belt tensioning
Every Semester (or every 1.000 hours)
Clean or replace the condensate separ-
tor
fi
lter (if any)
Tighten nuts and screws
fi
xing the ca-
bles in the command and control electrical
board and in the terminal board of the mo-
tor.
Every twelve mpnths (or every 2.000
hours)
Replace the oil
fi
lter element
Replace the oil separator
Replace the air

lter
Replace the pre-

lter
Each three years (or each 6000 opera-
ting hours)
replace the belts
Oil change
Rotoroil F2:
- every 12 months or 5.000 hours
Rotoroil F4:
- every 12 months or 5.000 hours
Rotoroil FG:
- every 12 months or 4.000 hours
Rotoroil M1:
- every 12 months or 2.000 hours
At each oil change, replace the oil fi lter.
WARNING!!!
In dusty environments and/or at
high temperatures, maintenance
operations should be carried out
more frequently.
The rubber fl exible pipes must be repla-
ced when they lose fl exibility.
