Description:
2-piece spray lance for pneuMATO 55- LubeJet to spray inaccessible machine surfaces.
The lance can be used to spray commercial lubricants up to NLGI class 2.
The lance is an additional component to the pneuMATO 55 LubeJet and is mounted in place of the
high-pressure spray gun on the double tube of the device.
Any other use, modification or alteration to the pneuMATO 55- LubeJet is only permissible
after consultation with the manufacturer.
Lubricants:
Greases up to consistency 2 (NLGI / class 2 according to DIN 51818 ) can be used.
Pastes without lubricating characteristics ( with lubrication gel ) and silicone pastes can not be used .
Commissioning and operating
the spray lance
- These instructions refer to the spray lance only.
Please refer to the separate instructions for the
operating of the pneuMATO 55-LubeJet.
- Always relieve the pressure of the spray lance
before operating. To do this release the air
connection to the pump and press the spray gun
until the pressure in the hose has been fully
released.
- Remove the high pressure spray gun from the
double hose.
- The spray lance can now be attached in position of
the high pressure grease gun.
